The kids have a party to wait in August. These sweet girls are completely enthusiastic about everything pink, purple, glittery, and anything princess or unicorn themed, so I thought this might be the perfect chance to get a jump start their card. I started out with the GORGEOUS castle pretty die from the August My Monthly Hero set, trimming it from watercolor newspaper and then watercoloring with Zig Clean Color Real Brush pens and a clear Wink of Stella glitter brush pen.

When it was dried up, I increased accents to the clouds with the superior lacquer pen and then poured sparkle embossing powder over it and heating set it. I LOVED the way it turned out! So awesome and puffy. However, I then decided to cut it with an infinity circle die, so I could pop it through to another circle element. This technique flattened the puff than it in the die-cut machine. So the lesson to be discovered is, do your accenting AFTER passing away cutting! On the larger circle I blended ink lightly into the facility and then embossed the sentiment from the system with black printer ink and clear embossing powder.
I then split the castle over this, popped through to foam tape. I then stamped the unicorn image from the slash and package with the coordinating expire, then watercolored. This was further as an accent to the castle, then I have to work on the track record. I am about the new Rose Bush Cover Plate add-on! I’m an enormous Beauty & the Beast fanatic, which backdrop totally reminds me of the storyline. I die cut it from the Mirri Matte Lava Purple paper contained in the kit. This paper is absolutely dreamy! I finished by layering the die cut for a card base cut from Arctic cardstock and then popping up the castle circle element in the guts.
